Charges begin the day your pet is bought in, regardless of the time. The first day is a full day charge; however, check-out day is free if you check out your dog by 9:00 am (just like a hotel). A full day charge will be made for afternoon departures. You will be expected to pay for the entirety of your pet’s stay even if you pick up earlier than the scheduled pick up date. Cancellation Policy: Due to the increased demand for kenneling and the desire to meet our client's needs, we require a 50% deposit for your pet’s stay. We also require 14 day advanced notification for the cancellation of your pet’s reservation. Failure to notify will result in a cancellation fee of 50% i.e., the 50% deposit provided to reserve your pet’s stay.

DIETS & MEDICATIONS

Special diets and extensive medications will have an additional charge of $10 per day.

VACCINES:

Bordetella (Kennel Cough) is required every 6 months. If your dog's vaccine has expired, we require your dog to be vaccinated 10 days prior to your visit. Rabies & distemper vaccines are also required. Frontline is required for flea and tick prevention. Please remember to bring printout from your veterinarian of all vaccines given to your dog.
